VettedHome is an independent UK information site for homeowners and buyers. It explains property problems that have been flagged, such as spray foam, cavity walls, damp, cladding, knotweed, septic tanks and surveys, and helps you weigh up home energy decisions, such as solar, batteries and heat pumps.

We do not run our own vetting of firms, and we do not currently pass enquiries to any trade. If you send us a question, we read it and reply by email.
